"7 days free trial" SCAM

So I downloaded the app on my phone to access my free account, but it wouldn't recognize it and it would ONLY show a page for signing up to a 7 day trial PROMISING it could be cancelled before the 7th day with NO CHARGE.
I subscribed on the trial page and immediately canceled the trial just to figure it couldn't be canceled?

The support said 'anual subscriptions' cant be cancelled, only their next renew. I even entered a new email on the app to check again about the trial, and in fact the 7 day trial page open in the anual\montlhy subscription! So a trial that is a scam cause it does not exist?

How can it be?
