Subscription payed for 3 years without being aware...

HI everyone ,

i just saw in may mailbox the invoice for the annual subcription revnewal and i was shocked... I was 100% sure to have cancel my subscritpion 3 years ago, but i apparently is still active.

Basicaly i'm paying since years for a service that i have never used.

I know is my fault, but are there any chances to get the refund for at least the last year?
