This isn't really the right place for your question. This sub-forum (Translation) is intended to be used for discussion regarding MuseScore human language translations. You would probably be better off posting this elsewhere. In this case, likely the Support and bug reports sub-forum (https://musescore.org/en/forum/6), intended to ask for help and report bugs would be the best choice.
That said, interpreting .PDF files is highly dependent on the quality of the image file and the complexity of the notation. Many .PDF files can't be read successfully. Others can only be read poorly. There are a number of other threads in the forums discussion different applications that can be used for this task. Some work better than others. Look around for some of those earlier threads and try some of those other applications. In my own experience, if MuseScore's website won't read the file, it's usually faster just to manually input the notation.
Finally, this is the English language forum and it's usually considered polite to post in English. If you need it, there is a French language forum at https://musescore.org/fr/forum.
