Would be very helpful for the muse sounds trombones to actually be able to perform an accurate gliss during playback.

Click the glissando line to select. On the Properties panel (upper left), click the Playback button, and change the Glissando / Style to "Portamento".
It's the best MuS can do, but it's not very good IMO. :-(

On my W11, it only seems to work with Basic sounds. Not Muse sounds.
