Corrupted File
I was working on this file earlier in the morning when I logged back on to find out I couldn't use it anymore. Is there a way to recover it?
Musescore 4.5.2

Windows used to say "Out of memory error" when something went wrong that it couldn't categorise. MuseScore tells you a file is corrupted when it can't open it, pretty much whatever the cause.
In this case, your file is not corrupted as it is not really a MuseScore file. It consists entirely of a lot of zero-value bytes - 00 00 00 00. There is nothing at all here that can be fixed.
Try to find a backup file. Going forwards, consider saving frequently using different filenames as you go.
