After updating Musescore all scores reverted to MS Basic and can't change to Muse Sounds anymore
I updated Muse Hub and Musescore to the latest version, and when I loaded a score, all the sounds were on MS Basic. I uninstalled everything: musescore, muse hub, and muse sounds, and then reinstalled everything. However, I still can't add Muse Sounds even though it is installed. I have no clue what to do and I've tried everything that other forums have been saying: MuseSampler version seems to be fine, etc.. Any help would be much appreciated!

The playback setup is the same but the Muse Sounds is greyed out and checked as the active profile. What does this mean?

Are you connected to Muse Hub? Check the Muse Hub home page.

I'm pretty sure I am, I am logged into my account and I have the Muse Sounds installed on it.

Well then, if everything is in order on this side, and you have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, you should try: menu Help / Revert to Factory Settings.

I know this is for trouble shooting. But don't forget that once everything is downloaded, you don't need the Hub open. I just uses resources.
