Crash on playback + automatic note input

Since the addition of the "input by duration" feature, starting the playback automatically switches on the "input by note name" mode and starts adding notes until Muse Score hangs/crashes. This is most easily reproducable if anything on the score is selected when you start the playback, but sometimes happens if nothing is selected.

To reproduce:

1. Turn on "input by note name" and add notes to the score.
2. Turn off "input by note name". Select the note you want the playback to start from.
3. Start the playback either by pressing the space key or the Play button on the toolbar.

=> "Input by note name" turns on automatically, and notes start getting automatically added to the stave
and are played until Muse Score hangs or crashes.
