Downloading and Printing songs
Hi,
Is a muse score membership for downloading songs for free? If so, how do you do it? I’m a member, but still am being asked to pay for each song. Help?

If you have a free account, then you will be asked to pay if the song you want is copyrighted.
Everything here on musescore.org is free. You probably want to ask this question on the site where you can download songs: musescore.com. Read How and where to ask for support.
Can you post a link to an example of such a score? (You seem to have a Pro account already).
The one you favourited,

is an "official score" and needs to get paid for even by pro users, and even then you'd only get a PDF
