Superscript 'maj' in 'maj7'
Hello everybody,
I'd like to superscript 'maj' in 'maj7' in chord symbols just as the 7 itself is superscriptet. 'maj' on the same level and with the same font size as the root note just looks too massive to me.
ChatGPT didn't manage to write a working XML file. Has one of you already written a working XML and is generous to share it?
Cheers and thanks in advance!

I had never noticed that before: mostly because I don't usually use the Jazz style chords. It certainly seems like the Maj of a Maj7 chord ought to be superscripted with the 7 since it applies to the 7 rather than the chord root. C(Maj7), rather than CMaj(7).
I can't figure out how to superscript/subscript here in the forums. The Markdown Cheat Sheet (https://www.markdownguide.org/cheat-sheet/) indicates it ought to be NORMAL^superscript^ and NORMAL~subscript~, but those don't seem to work. I guess they haven't been implemented on our forum? Indeed, most of the possibilities on that page don't seem to work :-(
