Piano not playing
My choral parts and piano accompaniment play for the refrain but not for the verses. Help!

You have incomplete voltas and no repeat sign. To work correctly, voltas require a repeat. MuseScore gets to a 2nd ending without a repeat and doesn't know what to do. Although it never reached that point, you would have found that a staff text saying "To Refrain" has no playback effect. You would have wanted to add a D.C. al Fine and changed the text to "To Refrain".
I included the refrain first, then placed a start repeat before the verse, the chorus, and the voltas. It gives you correct playback. I adjusted scaling a smidge to keep it to two pages.
There are other ways to do what you want, but I thought of this way first.
[A few moments later] Oops! I doubled the tempo so that I could test the repeats more quickly. You'll have to reduce it back to 60.
