Is a one-bar repeat with a different time signature than the previous bar that is to be repeated defined? If the changed time signature is smaller than the previous bar, is that defined? Should it be that only part of a bar is repeated?
Also, why in the case as in the second photo, when repeating, only the last two notes remain?
Thanks

A repeat (whether measure repeat or bar-line) means to repeat whatever exactly. MuseScore can create that notation, but I would say that it is musically meaningless.
I don't understand your question about the second image.

Why is the tied note not repeated?

Because the tie makes it part of the note before. It only looks like a separate note.
The first example is musically and physically impossible.

No idea. Maybe it should. I get that a user with less experience might try these things.

Both examples are subject to some interpretation. How do play the four notes in a 5/4 measure. MuseScore plays the 4 notes and rests on the 5th beat. That's one way to do it. Is that what the composer wanted? Or is the 5/4 a mistake? We don't know
A real player might beat the tie in the second example. But MuseScore is doing exactly as it is told. The actual start of the note is in the previous measure. So it does what it did with beat 5 in the previous example...It rests.

Okay, but I just wanted to point out that these are controversial issues.

Not controversial, just wrong. Musescore tries to disallow allows all sorts of nonsensical notation but users can always find new sorts of nonsense to write.

Then I hope it will be banned.

MuseScore allows you do do all sorts of things that are wrong musically but it's a notation program, not a tutor. MS Word allows you to use Comic Sans in a legal document even though that is wrong.
