Problems with score layout

Hi!
I'm not sure why this is happening. I haven't changed anything in the setting or anything. I opened the score the other day and nothing was wrong. Any tips on how to fix this? The beams are weird, some of the notes look too big for the staff, the instrument names are merging with the staves for some reason.

We can only see the symptoms in your picture. For a diagnosis and hopefully a cure please let us see the patient. Attach the score, the .mscz file.
