How to make horizontal frames on consecutive systems line up

Good day. This is my first post here, so if there is a better place to put this, please tell me. I've been using MuseScore for years, but I am far from exhausting all of its capabilities.

I am engraving an antiphonal setting for two unison choirs, and I am using frames to create space in between the parts on each line. The frames in the center lined up until I loaded in my custom style, and now the first system is shifted to the left. Out of curiosity, I tried indenting the first system again, but even then it doesn't line up perfectly. What might I do?
