Those aren't your actual scores. They are links to them.
"File -> Open Recent -> Clear Recent Files", but this deletes all entries in this list. The files themselves are of course not deleted, as Musescore has no way of doing this. You must do this with your file explorer in e.g. C:\Users{YourUserAccount}\Documents\MuseScore4\Scores.
To delete one entry from the list you must edit the file C:\Users{YourUserAccount}\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\recent_files.json and delete the entry there.
The links are true for Windows, may be different for MacOS or Linux.
