What is the F# note marked out as out of range (in red)?
It does not appear to be out of the range defined.

What's going on?
You're using version 4.4.4. With this version, the F# is in red indeed. This is simply due to the fact that in the "String Data", you had checked the first string (E) as "Always Open" - image below.
Avoid this, as it's not an option for the guitar... but for early musical instruments such as the lute. In fact, it's an obscure and extremely rare feature, which should have been removed years ago, although it's not my fault for pointing it out...
For some reason (unknown to me at the moment), the latest version 4.5.2 doesn't mark this note in red, although the "Always Open" option is always checked.
