Pressing "Enter" from the "Export" menu disables the "Export" button
I found this issue where I go to file > export, and then if I press enter on my keyboard, the export button greys out (see image attached), but the score doesn't export. It's only a minor inconvenience since I just have to press "cancel" and then export again but click on the "export" button with my mouse instead, but I figured I should mention the issue. Every time I press enter from the export window this happens. I'm using Musescore 4 on windows.

It is a known issue, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/19739.
There was an attempt to fix it, but didn't reach its goal.
Happens because when you open the Export dialog, the focus is on the "Main score" checkbox and when you press Enter, the checkbox becomes unchecked. Effectively nothing ends up selected for Export, hence the Export button is disabled.
As a workaround, if you want to use the keyboard only, after opening the Export dialog you can press Tab three times and then Enter or Shift+Tab once and then Enter.
