When you say “voices”, do you mean the 4 voices in a staff or 4 individual “instruments”?
With up to 4 voices in a staff, you have to insert further empty lines underneath (up to 3) and then use the “Tools -> Explode” function. Then you can mute or control them individually in the mixer.
The same applies if you already have different instruments: mute or control then in the mixer.
