Is there a horizontal (downward-facing) bracket to group notes?
I can not find a horizontal (downward-facing) bracket in palettes. I need to place it on top of a group of notes. There is either a straight line or a vertical bracket, but not a horizontal bracket. I tried to use the Padal sign, but the directions of the hooks are wrong. Horizontal brackets are commonly used. How come Musescore Studio 4 does not include it in the palette "Brackets"? How can I make one?

Do you mean this? (i.e. a straight line with start/end hooks added in Properties).
When you've done this, and if it's right, place this symbol in a palette for later reuse.

One more question: I can not drag the bracket to the pallets to save it. When I click or click-hold the bracket, it gives me 3 little squares. If I right-click the bracket, it shows a drop-down list. There is no way to drag the bracket to the left to save it in the "Lines".

I saw you have one red dot when you drag the bracket to the pallets to save. I don't get that red dot.

I figured it out and saved it. Thanks again, it was a big help!
