Musescore playing back wrong notes

In the attached score, notes in the upper staff, measure 1 are played back correctly. The lower staff in the first 2 systems appear to be correct as well. After that all the notes are playing back 3 half steps higher. A = C, etc. When I first scored it it was fine. I opened it to work on it and it's not playing back the notes correctly. I wonder if it has anything to do with the chords or capo chords. Any help to correct this would be much appreciated.
