> and < are not read back from saved score

  1. Create a score
  2. Create a staff text and input ==> or <==
  3. Save
  4. Reload

      5. Expected behavior : the score should be unchanged
      Actual result ; the text is empty if it starts with < or < or if these characters are in the text then the text is truncated.

      I could put the bug on critical because the score is not rendered as expected, but as it's only with two special characters ...
