score creation dialog should produce one measure more, when pickup measure selected (small patch attached)

When given any number N of measures in the new score dialog, it should result in a score containing N measures + the pickup measure (wich is not counted), but it is N-1 measures + pickup measure.

Patch corrects this behaviour.

(I'm not sure, if this is intentional, maybe it's expected to behave that way?)
