Where can I set up my account additionally

I can't set my account.
When I enter Setting, "You are a PRO+user now. Congratulation!" comes out.
But on the left, "YOUR ACCOUNT IS STILL SETTING UP". It says, "Usually we need no more than an hour to set it up."
Where can I set up my account additionally?
