Muse hub doesn't check for updates

Hello,
When I want to check muse hub updates, the program showes me the following message:
Unable to check for updates Muse Hub is having trouble connecting. Please check your internet connection and ensure any firewall you have is set correctly.
What could be a reason of this? My internet connection is fast and windows defender works correctly.
