I want an icon on my panel

Hi
Can anyone inform me how to get an ordinary icon/shortcut for Musescore3 /appimage to put in my panel. That's on linux mint debian edition 3 Cindy.
It looks a bit crazy to click in 3-4 different steps to reach the file "apprun" and then confirm "start". See attached print screen. Should be a better way but does anyone know how?
