Missalignment when opening a midi file

When I open a midi file in MuseScore there is a missalignment in the sheet in all parts.
Compared to other midi editors MuseScore is 1/8 before in beat 3 and 3/8 before in beat 15.
I may have missed some settings. Can anyone give me a hint ?
