Hello, I've encountered two problems

Hello, I've encountered two problems:

I'm unable to change the tempo. The tempo button in the top right corner is unresponsive and doesn't allow any modifications.
I've downloaded soundfont files and placed them in the MuseScore soundfonts folder, but the software is unable to locate or use them.
