Fixes
- MuseScore crashed on startup in some cases on Windows 7
- "Save online" failed in some cases
- Palettes were incorrectly placed when using multiple HighDPI monitors and scaling
- Palettes disappeared on Ubuntu 18.04 in some cases

The link to the 3.3 announcement, which is https://musescore.org/3.3, doesn't work (for non-admin users, don't know if it works for admins), it has to be https://musescore.org/en/3.3.

The former link automatically redirects to the latter one in my machine, even when I am not logged in.

It does not redirect for me, both on computer and cellphone. musescore.org/node/nodeNo redirects but not musescore.org/versionNo
What happend to 3.3.1?

It had a bad bug concerning palettes on some platforms making it unusable. It had a couple of other bad bugs, too.

This version still crashes at launch on my Windows 7, 32 bit machine. No way.
