Influencing the playing of Ornament
If I am looking at a ornament with the inspekteur, I can choose the ornament style. But I am looking for a possibility to influence the content of the ornament style. For instance changing the duration of a staccato.
If I am doing a right click on a ornament and choose "Articulation Properties" 
I can not create any reaction in the MIDI-Area. For what is it?

I would not.
I have changed instruments.xml. No difference.
Anyway in the scores there are written similar xml- nippets. But they also written the same, after changing instruments.xml.

Dynamics are different. They are defined in the palette. There is not definition for the sforando-type dymamics because dynamics normally affect all ntoes from that point forward, and these don't. So instead, you simply need to increase the velocity in the Inspector.

The sforzando type influence normaly only one note. The effect is in my opinion more like an articulation.
I know the velocity in the inspector, but I want readable signs because of educational matter.

sfz is there, as a readable sign. Just no playback, and that you'd get via Instector

Yes, so add the marking to gewt the notation you want, and if for some reaosn playback is also important to you (remember, the main purpose of MuseScore is notation), you can use the Inspector to do that.

I do not know, who are you. So I do not know whether the statement of you is a relevant statement.
But I try to create a environment for childs, that they can use easily, without reading a handbook, remembering a lot of things.
For example, I was able to create e environment in reaper http://www.reaper.fm/ for a girl of eleven, so she was able to record alone at home her polyphonic piece recording one voice after the other. I did not read any manual. Ask three questions in a forum.
And I am trying whether it is possible to create the same childfriendly simplicity in Musescore. Musescore without the need of a handbook. Yes I know, that you have written a handbook for Musescore and sell it via amazon.

I very much doubt that a child of 11 really needs to know what an sfz is and needs to be able to get it to sound right without reading a handbook or follow some simple directions.
