Allow editing identical ontime/len of multiple notes in piano roll view

When selecting multiple notes in piano roll view, if they have ontime/len the same, editing of ontime/len should be allowed.
Furthermore, if values of properties including ontime & len are not identical, special text like "--" should be displayed.
