2. Enter note an octave above middle C.
3. Drag two acciaccaturas onto it.
4. Drag acciaccatura up or down.

Expected result: The acciaccatura stroke moves in accordance with note.
Actual result: The acciaccatura stroke is immobile.

The stroke only moves in accordance with one acciaccatura. If you add any more of these, not only is the stroke immobile (doesn't flip direction with notes, etc), it isn't correct in appearance either.
