[MusicXML] Key Signature for 2 Staves

Exporting to MusicXML a score with two staves (i.e piano scores) with different key signatures on the first staff and second staff does not work properly.

Only the key signature from the first staff is saved and the second key signature information is missing.
There is also no "number" attribute to indicate to which staff the key signature belongs.
