[Trunk] R4754 Chord letter issues

1. When placing a chord letter, it gets placed too far up above the staff. Pressing Ctrl-R to reset the position puts it in the correct location.

2. Selecting and moving the chord letter on a page that is not the first, a line goes back to the first page as though it was linked to a note/measure on the first page.
