[MusicXML] Wrong import of right barline

MuseScore 1.1 and trunk r4868

When importing a file with a barline on the right of a measure, MuseScore puts the barline on the left side and so it appears at the beginning of the next measure.

See this file. There should be a barline before the time signatures between measure 2 and 3 and between measure 4 and 5.
