1. Open attached score.
2. Drag-select the two grace notes.
3. Copy.
4. Select the second note.
5. Paste.

Result: Neither grace note has a head, or the correct flag (appear as quarters, instead of 8ths).

Using MuseScore 1.1 - Mac 10.6.8.
