[MusicXML] [1.2] Export/import of uneven tuplets (16th, eighth, eighth, 16th)

  1. Open the attached file
  2. Save a MusicXML
  3. Open in MuseScore again. The tuplet is not imported right
  4. Open the MusicXML file in Finale, the tuplet is not imported right.

Discussion: For weird tuplet (more notes than actual-notes), Finale exports normal-type tag to know the lenght of the tuplet. MuseScore should export this tag as well and use it on import.
