Slur assigned in wrong position in Tablature stave

1. Load attached score
2. Select first note of Voice 3 in bar 9 of Tablature stave
3. Add slur from palette

Expected result: slur is added above the fret number.
Actual result: Slur is added above the stave.

The file is unusable now. That's why it's better to use 1.3 file or exact steps to reproduce the bug. I can't manage to reproduce a bad slur positioning in tablature staff with 47cd803d0f, so I close this bug. Please reopen with more info if needed.
