Project
  1. Create new score in 4/4 time
  2. Add 2/4 time signature to measure 4
  3. Insert any number of measures before measure 4
  4. Right click on measure 4 and choose "Measure properties". Notice the time signature says 2/4 instead of 4/4

Expected behavior: All the measures before the 2/4 time signature should be 4/4

Actual behavior: All the measures between measure 4 and the new location of the 2/4 time signature are 2/4.

Comments

Can lead to corrupt file:

  1. Create new score in 4/4 time
  2. Fill a couple measures in the middle of the score with quarter notes so that you can see how many beats are in the two measures
  3. Right click on the second filled measure and choose "Measure Properties..."
  4. Change Actual duration to 3/4 and click OK
  5. Click to select the first filled measure and press Ins to add a measure
  6. Right click on the first filled measure and choose "Measure Properties..." Notice that the actual duration is 3/4 even though the measure still shows 4 quarter notes. Press OK to exit dialog.
  7. Right click on the second filled measure and choose "Measure Properties..." Notice that the actual duration is 4/4 even though the measure still shows 3 quarter notes and no rests
  8. Change the Actual duration back to 3/4. Notice that measure only has 2 quarter-note beats now

Expected behavior: Changes of Actual duration should shift over by a measure to account for the newly inserted measure.

Actual behavior: Change of Actual duration stays with the same measure number and results in a corrupted file when the actual notes shift as expected.
