Sorry my english is bad:
I have a pb, i'm on XFCE12.04 (old laptop) i wanted to install musescore but i a have this message:
PulseAudio found, but no need to suspend. Starting mscore.real...
Musescore didn't start someone tell me do this
mscore -s
and i can start but it don't fix the pb
And the nexte pb i have it's that i can't update.
ppa:mscore-ubuntu/mscore-stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
but nada, nothing, rien prout....
Wath can i do? please help me

When you say that running with -s allows you to start, but doesn't fix the problem, what do you mean? I thought the problem *is* that you can't start MuseScore?
As for updating - what version of MuseScore do you currently have? maybe it is already the latest? Also try one of the AppImage versions from the Downloads page (see menu at right of this page).
