I Can't Create New Score
When I create a new score, it crashes and not responding.
What should I do to fix this problem?
The version of MuseScore is 1.2
I uninstall and re-install but I still have the same problem

You can start by sayng what MuseScore version and OS you are using. Also, did it used to work and then stop, and if so, what do you ,ight have changed on your system? You might also check the Handbook section Known incompatibilities and Revert to factory settings , or when all,else fails, try uninstallng an reinstalling.
I have the same problem on Windows (Vista 23 bit). On Linux (Ubuntu 12.10 32 bit) I don't have the problem. The only way I found to counter it is to open another file, clear everything, then save it as the new file.

Could you make a video? Or explain at which moment it crashes? Can you attach a screen shot of Edit -> Preferences -> General. In particular, the "instrument list" path field.
I use MuseScore 1.3 in Windows 7, and there are no measures when i open a new score!

How many measures were you expecting? What number did you enter into the box when MuseScore asked you how many measures? What happens if you add measures manually (Create / Measures)
When I installed Musescore and created a new score, There was some measures, ten or something. Now There is no measures When I create a new score. And I can't create new measures manually. Someone who know what to do?

32 measures would it be in the start, but MuseScore only have one line that's something, I don't know what. When I create new measures, nothing happens to me.

Maybe you set Style / Edit General Style / Hide empty staves?

How is having an acount (Where, here on musescore.org? Or on musescore.com) related to being able to create a new score using the MueScore program on your PC?

Scores are created using the MuseScore music notation program.
Download the software here:
https://musescore.org/en/download
and install MuseScore on your computer.
Then read:
