I am not able to reproduce this using r. 1922, self-built Windows XP
Reproduced with r1922.
Use the leadsheet template
on the first rest, Ctrl+K
Enter Cm7b9
Click outsite
Right click, harmony properties, chordname is not good.
And transposing does not work. I guess Cm7b9 is not recognized.
fixed in rev. 1924. Probably needs some more testing.

OK I'm new to this so sorry for the delay. I've downloaded rev 1987 and the problem persists. An example of a chord that is not transposed is E {phi} (dim 7 symbol from the symbol menu). I tried transposing up a tone but this stays resolutely the same.
Alan
The {phi} notation is not supported for the moment.
So is there an alternative that is supported , eg dim7?
Sure dim7 is.
Right click on a chord name -> Chord properties, to see the list of supported extension.
