Clefs and key sigs drawn wrongly in palettes
Context: commit 31b5f60 (2013-03-17)
Steps:
1) Open any score
2) Look at clefs both in the master palette and in F9 palette:
Result:
All clefs are shifted about 1sp up!

The same is true also for key sigs (in both palettes). For both clefs and key sigs, the shift seems to be slightly less than 1sp up.
Other palette items using a staff are drawn correctly, for instance time signatures and bar lines.
I tried to understand the palette drawing code, but so far it escapes me!

P.S.: Incidentally, shouldn't key signatures have a clef to be correctly understood?

Regarding the PS, nobody complains so far, despite music theory, most of the users understand that it's the keysig in treble clef.
It's a good point. Can you think of another way to present it?
For the moment, people could hover over the key signature, if they don't know what it is.
