Currently if you use the editing functions to rotate a line any hooks attached to it remain static.
Making it so that the hooks rotate with the line would solve a number of support and feature requests that have appeared during the last couple of years. The most recent is http://musescore.org/en/node/21019

If it would be nice to have this feature. It would not solve nicely all the problems listed. In particular, this request for a system bracket is different.
+1 to this feature request.
This would allow the correct hook angles to be maintained on diagonal lines.
