Lines do not move when new instrument added

  1. Open attached file: "Add staff.mscz"
  2. Add new instrument to the top of the staff

Expected behavior: 8va and trill lines should move with the violincello staff.

Actual behavior: lines do not move and stay with the second staff.

(Tested using r.1951 self-built and 0.9.4 stable. Bug is present in both versions)
