Inconsistent proportions of elements in score with small staff

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).

Result: Stave lines protrude.

2. Right-click treble staff.
3. 'Stave Properties…'.
4. Click on 'Small staff' box.
5. 'OK'.

Result: Elements such as clefs and notes don't return to normal size. The barline extends beyond the bass staff.

6. 'Undo'.

Result: The barline length is corrected, but the size of the treble staff remains normal.

7. 'Redo'.

Result: The time signature becomes normal.

Note: Not always reproducible. After step 7, steps 6-7 can be repeated to the same results. Marked critical because Undo cannot revert to the previous state.
