2. 'Play Panel'.

OR:

1. Create score.
2. 'Play Panel'.
3. Change tempo and volume.
4. 'Save'.
5. Close score.
6. Open score.
7. 'Play Panel'.

Result: The tempo and volume are at default.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (1d3dcf3) - Mac 10.7.5.

Status (old) active ⇒ by design

Tempo and volume of the play panel are not considered part of the score and therefore not saved in the score.
