Newly Inserted Instruments keep Key Signature

When a new instrument is inserted sometime after you've already started a project, the instrument defaults to having no sharps or flats in the key signature even if the existing instruments are in another key. This needs to be fixed so new instruments take the same key signature and key changes as all the other instruments.

I always have to go back and manually change the key for a new instrument, which can be frustrating when there are several key changes. Why would I want the new instrument to be in a different key from the others? I assume other people have encountered the same problem.
