Exported audio ends too early

Although the WAV plays the length of the notes, it seems to cut off too early in the release.

I'm not sure about the beginning either. It sounds a little crackly too.

What should happen?

The score was produced in 1.3 and the WAV was exported from 2.0. FluidR3_GM.sf2 was loaded and Zita1 was enabled.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (74a2fb2) - Mac 10.7.5.
