Crescendo and decrescendo moves when one side is dragged to the other

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Double-click crescendo.
3. Click on the first square.
4. Drag to the right.

Desired result: The square stops at the other two and the crescendo doesn't move.
Actual result: The crescendo moves after the square reaches the other two.

Note: It also applies when doing it to the opposite end of a decrescendo.
