Stem of beamed note in cross staff incorrectly positioned
1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
Result: The stem of the final chord in the treble stave is incorrectly positioned.
Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (0b96ea5) - Mac 10.7.5.

Problem still persists. Tested with Musescore 2.0 Beta 1.
I also marked two little faults where the stem and the bar are misaligned.
The original problem is fixed in that the example now looks as it did in 1.3. Somewhat better actually, in that the beam at beat 4 is not messed up. The beam position is not great, but manual adjustment would improve it. Also, the example in comment #1 works fine if I create it from scratch exactly as shown.
But in either case, if I then try manually adjusting the beam (double click, drag left handle), the bad stem positions shown in the image above do appear. If not immediately, then on the next layout. This seems to be a duplicate of #37456: stems of bottom staff notes wrong with cross staff beaming.
So I think this can be closed as a duplicate of 37456 at this point, but I will await confirmation that there is nothing else here.
seems to be fixed in f262e9c107. I cannot reproduce it anymore.
I agree; any other problems that might be seen are probably separate issues.
