Start repeat does not appear on selected bar line

  1. Open or create a new score
  2. Click to select a bar line
  3. From the Bar Line palette double click "Start Repeat"

Expected behavior: Selected bar line changes to Start Repeat

Actual behavior: Bar line of previous measure changes to Start Repeat

(Tested using self-built r.1996, Windows XP)
